CAD files, project notes, and other materials you submit remain your property. By submitting, you grant Glide Manufacturing a limited license to use them for the purpose of preparing a quote, executing the program, and maintaining quality and traceability records.

You represent that you have the right to submit any files or information you provide and that doing so does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

The site is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information on the site. Program-specific warranties are governed by the executed purchase order or master agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glide Manufacturing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the site.
